I'm a researcher focused on accelerating deep learning neural networks, especially Large Language Models (LLMs). My particular interest lies in their application within the social sciences.
My research is conducted at Nagasaki University, as highlighted on this page. I'm working on enabling real-time population statistics analysis at granular levels—such as by road segment, bus stop, and in front of individual stores—which was previously challenging with conventional crowd flow statistical services. This advancement makes it possible to conduct highly localized marketing. Furthermore, by utilizing dashcam footage from buses and cars, I aim to facilitate easy data collection and analysis across Japan. Ultimately, my research seeks to unlock new possibilities in data analysis and modeling within the social sciences by significantly improving computational efficiency.
